- Description
- Data are from high-resolution seismic reflection experiment, using a 500-pound weight drop source and 8-Hz vertical-component geophones at five sites and 10-pound sledgehammer at one site, line 2b, in the Sierra Valley of northern California, east of Portola. Data were acquired with 1 ms sample rate and 2000 ms record length. Sensor spacing is 5 meters except Line 2a is 3m and Line 2b is 2m. Shot point interval equals the sensor interval. Station UTM coordinates are stored in SEGY trace headers. Map of line locations can be found in “Gold, R. D., W. J. Stephenson, J. K. Odum, R. W. Briggs, A. J. Crone, and S. J. Angster (2013), Concealed Quaternary strike-slip fault resolved with airborne lidar and seismic reflection: The Grizzly Valley fault system, northern Walker Lane, California, J. Geophys. Res.
