The purpose of the VENCORP 2004 project is to determine the principal crustal structures of the regions on each profile. Among the major structures to visualize are: The Santa Ines Moroturo Basin and the behaviour of the Oca-Ancon fault in depth for the 70 degree W profile; the base of the Villa de Cura rocks units and the behaviour of La Victoria fault in depth for the 67 degree W profile and the Serrania del Interior base and the EL Pilar fault behaviour in depth for the 64 degree W profile respectively.
